ABOUT
Why The Recess Factory?
1]
Experience creates confidence. We know event operations, it’s what we do, and we love it.
- Our team has a combined total of managing over 3500 participant events, ranging from multi-day, high liability events with attendance over 250,000 to running events with over 10,000 participants.
2]
We hold great pride in our team’s knowledge and our ability to quickly and conservatively solve problems, in many cases with minimal resources and a tight budget.
3]
We are honest and transparent in everything we do.
4]
Our staff is always professional in appearance and manners.
- We mandate a clean and organized personal appearance for all employees.
- We are not simply ‘operations’ for your event. Our staff knows the value of premium customer service with great attitude and integrity towards your participants. By default, your ‘Operations Team’ has numerous interactions with your participants. Our staff is respectful and always aims to make their experience personal and fun.
5]
Our team knows what hard work means.
- We don’t have hours, we work until the job is completed above standard.
- We are used to working under pressure on strict timelines.
6]
We treat all of our client events as if they are our own.
- We don’t make exceptions in quality and care.
- We don’t ‘time-save’ or ‘short-cut’. We do it the best and safest way.
7]
Lastly… We are fun, positive people, and very grateful for the opportunity to work with your team and your event. Nothing is taken for granted.
HEARD THROUGH THE BUSHES (no, we didn't script this, honestly. we didn't hear it through the bushes either.)
“Thank you for a fantastic event! By far, you’re my favorite event producer to work with and this was the best event of the season! Can I clone you? We were so happy with how everything turned out, from the atmosphere of the entire weekend, to our on site brand presence, to your amazing staff! It’s sometimes easy for a brand like ours to be overshadowed by big sponsors, but you helped our brand stand out very well! We received really positive feedback and I can’t tell you how many people thanked us for being there."
